Chicago Bears running back Cedric Benson is in trouble with the law AGAIN. We feel he is being victimized, but is that truly the case? He was arrested Saturday morning at 2 a.m for driving while intoxicated. This happened no more than a month after he was arrested for driving a boat while intoxicated. What’s up with him and driving drunk? To make matters worse he was arrested in the same city as his last 2 arrest, but this time on his mothers birthday weekend. What a gift. During the Lake Travis incident a passenger in the boat called her father and stated that the Colorado River Authorities were physically abusing Benson. Now what would make her make that phone call if he wasn’t being abused? Benson has had a bad rep with the authorities in Austin since his arrest back in 2003 for forcing his way into an apartment to recover a TV which was supposedly stolen from him. Yet another situation where it seemed Benson was the victim….. or not. So is he a victim or not a victim? That seems to be a question we will never know the answer to. What we do know is that he needs to lay off that sauce for awhile. And one more thing, STOP smiling in your dang mugshots!!
