WTF yo!?? DMX was arrested again today! The rapper, 37 year-old Earl Simmons, arrived at an Arizona airport and was arrested on the spot. He has outstanding warrants in the state and they were waiting for him when he touched down!

The Arizona warrants were for for failure to appear in court, failure to pay fines and driving without a license, according to Capt. Aaron Douglas, spokesman for the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. The warrants stemmed from cases involving his arrests for marijuana possession and unauthorized driving of an all terrain vehicle. Immediately upon landing at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix, DMX was arrested and booked back into jail on the charges.

DMX posted $6,000 bond on Friday to be released from Miami-Dade county jail on charges that he attempted to buy cocaine and marijuana from an undercover police officer. Now he is being held in Phoenix without bond for the time being. We’ll keep you posted!

DMX has been arrested for the second time in less than a week. The rapper, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was arrested on Tuesday on a warrant for not having a valid drivers license. He was arrested again Friday for trying to buy drugs from an undercover police officer.

DMX reportedly approached the undercover officer and asked to buy, “30 powder and 15 weed,” meaning $30 worth of cocaine and $15 worth of weed. When he handed over the $45 he was arrested. Now, we’re not condoning drug use or anything like that, but that’s less than a gram of coke and less than a quarter ounce of weed. Can’t he afford more than that? Ok, ok… we’re sorry. But we’re still laughing.

Simmons is being held in the Miami-Dade County Jail on $6,000 bond. We hope he can swing it.

It’s Monday afternoon in Miami. Beaches are packed, kids are playing in the sand, DMX is going to jail. The rapper, real name Earl Simmons, was arrested around 1:30pm by Miami police on a warrant for not having a valid driver’s license.

This makes DMX’s 3rd arrest this year. He was arrested in January for reckless driving, endangerment, speeding, and driving without a license after cameras caught him going 114 mph down an Arizona highway. Apparently he still hasn’t gotten that license issue handled. He was arrested again in February after a 7 month investigation concluded and the rapper was charged with drug possession and animal cruelty. Police raided his Arizona home and found 12 “distressed” pitbulls and suspected drug activity in the home. DMX pled not-guilty to all counts in both arrests.

As for this arrest, his bond is set at $500 and 4 hours after his arrest DMX was still being held in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami-Dade county.
