The Black Eyed Peas have done it again… and again… errrr… AGAIN!!! They’re being sued for copyright infringement for “Boom Boom Pow.”
Phoenix Phenom and Manfred Mohr filed the suit against each member of the BEP’s and against the group as a whole. They want damages and a piece of the profits that “Boom Boom Pow” has generated.  They claim that their song, “Boom Dynamite.”  See, already they’re too similar.
Obviously, this is becoming a problem with the Peas. In July of last year, their thievery was the source of a public feud between Will.I.Am and Perez Hilton. Perez made comments about the Black Eyed Peas being sued by British DJ, Adam Freeland, for plagiarizing his song, “Mancry,” and turning into their own, “Party All The Time.”
It’s beginning to look like The Peas think that it’s ok to take the creativity of other artists and use it as their own. We have a tip for them though… When most artists buy songs, they do it before they make them, not after they become hits. If you’re not going to be original, at least play by the rules. Call me a hater, but I’ve never been a fan… now I’m validated.
