Shia LaBeouf, the 21 year old Indiana Jones star, can’t seem to lay off the smokes. He was caught firing up a cigarette in the bathroom of the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. He was there filming his new movie Transformers 2, due out in June 2009. YES!!! The officials at the museum only gave LaBeouf a warning and told him if he does it again he will be banned from the premises.

He was ticketed for smoking outside the boutique Sky Blue Pink in Burbank, California back on February 18, 2008. Neither LaBeouf nor his lawyer showed up to the hearing and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. Shia showed up the next day, pled not guilty, paid a $500 fine, and the charges were dropped. Shia was also arrested back in November of 2007 for trespassing at a Chicago pharmacy. Those charges were also dropped. Too bad dropping the habit isn’t as easy as dropping the charges!
